Tuesday, still good progress but also had a quick shocker as a friend didn't answer their phone for 3 hours and we thought something happened to them. And today started with getting the notice that a friend from the local gym died after their cancer returned. 😭 And the whole world politics definitely starts to pull me down more and more.
