When my Substack had sub-100 subscribers, I would contact nearly everyone who commented (on internet forums where I cross posted my essays). Most people are up for a conversation if they think you wrote a decent post, but it usually doesn’t happen if you’re not the one asking for it. I met some truly extraordinary people that way, and grew so much from our conversations. I think it is a very underrated way to use the internet.
Additionally, making bold declarations about the extremity of contemplative experience is a decent way to keep people talking about meditation, which can be a fairly boring subject.
That is mostly in the realm of chemistry and is intrinsically far more tractable and predictable; given a validated target, good teams usually reach a decent molecule.

And they're decent, their hardware is better in many ways than in NVIDIA's. The problem is their software is really bad and I think they're getting better, right? They're getting better, faster, but the gulf is so large and they don't spend enough resources on it or haven't historically, right?
In the early days, the DE1 was considered "unforgiving" by many. I didn't mind, as the DE1's ability to control shot parameters more than made up for its early challenges.
It's a decent coverage of the concepts of planning how to delight your customers from your product's design to how you support and serve them. However, it felt a bit like a poor man's Thank You Economy, with less novel ideas and some filler.
