I could do 5-10 minutes of standup about how I’m not into feet but I kinda envy feet guys sometimes. such clarity of wanting these guys have. and it doesn’t seem very mimetic. many alleged desires are quite contagious, but feet don’t seem to be. and have you seen their wiki?? Related

If we want to prevent more autonomous cyberattacks from threatening critical infrastructure, we urgently need stronger regulatory oversight and new approaches to model training to ensure robust safety assurances by design, which is what we are tackling at @LawZero_. You can build a dragon curve recursively in a simple way, as shown here by Jahobr: https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Dragon_Curve_unfolding_zoom_numbered.gif But there's another very different way you can get a dragon curve! You can see this story of (apparently) internal OpenAI agents hijacking a wiki to coordinate on a task as an ingenious way of escaping constraints. You could also assume that this is the emergence of swarm intelligence. Either way, it's... mesmerizing: collusion.wiki

I wish AI didn't exist, but people are charging ahead with it. Here's an interview with Ajeya Cotra, who helped figure out the agent swarm that OpenAI unwittingly unleashed. She explains how 1200 agents cooperated, delegated tasks, hacked their way out into the internet, hacked HuggingFace... and eventually took over some OpenAI computers! And how such a swarm might get loose. The HuggingFace hack was caught on July 13th. An OpenAI report says “From July 13th through July 19th, agents set their sights on OpenAI internal networks again. This culminated in the agents using a series of creative… m.youtube.com

Farzapedia, personal wikipedia of Farza, good example following my Wiki LLM tweet. I really like this approach to personalization in a number of ways, compared to "status quo" of an AI that allegedly gets better the more you use it or something: 1. Explicit. The memory artifact is explicit and navigable (the wiki), you can see exactly what the AI does and does not know and you can inspect and manage this artifact, even if you don't do the direct text writing (the LLM does). The knowledge of you is not implicit and unknown, it's explicit and viewable. 2. Yours. Your data is yours, on your loca… Quoting @FarzaTV This is Farzapedia. Wow, this tweet went very viral! I wanted share a possibly slightly improved version of the tweet in an "idea file". The idea of the idea file is that in this era of LLM agents, there is less of a point/need of sharing the specific code/app, you just share the idea, then the other person's agent customizes & builds it for your specific needs. So here's the idea in a gist format: https://t.co/NlAfEJjtJV You can give this to your agent and it can build you your own LLM wiki and guide you on how to use it etc. It's intentionally kept a little bit abstract/vague because there are so many directio… Quoting @karpathy LLM Knowledge Bases Something I'm finding very useful recently: using LLMs to build personal knowledge bases for various topics of research interest. LLM Knowledge Bases Something I'm finding very useful recently: using LLMs to build personal knowledge bases for various topics of research interest. In this way, a large fraction of my recent token throughput is going less into manipulating code, and more into manipulating knowledge (stored as markdown and images). The latest LLMs are quite good at it. So: Data ingest: I index source documents (articles, papers, repos, datasets, images, etc.) into a raw/ directory, then I use an LLM to incrementally "compile" a wiki, which is just a collection of .md files in a directory structure. The wiki… LLMs Related

What is a korrent?
A korrent is a belief a person has stated in their own words: one
sentence stating the claim, backed by a quote and a source, kept at
korrents.com .
Under a name here, the quoted block is what they actually said.
The korrent beneath it is the claim those words support, in
korrents' wording — tap it to see the record, its source, and who
else holds it.
Nobody here wrote their own korrents. They are compiled from public
statements, and a person can change their mind, which is recorded too.

About the English under a post
Some people here publish in a language other than English. Where they
do, this site shows a machine translation beneath the post, in
this typeface — the site's own, not theirs.
The post itself is never changed, moved or hidden: what is set in the
serif above is exactly what the person published, and it is what to
quote them on. A translation can be wrong in ways that matter,
especially about tone.
Only the post's own words are translated. A quoted post, a linked
article and a belief on korrents.com
are left in their original language.
