if you don't actually push yourself down to sit alongside your IC engineers and your IC designers and your IC PMs, you don't actually know that stuff. So you can't make good macro decisions without the micro.
so for example, micro GPT, like I asked I tried to get an agent to write micro GPT. So, I told it like try to boil down the simplest things. Like try to boil down my um neural network training to the simplest thing and it can't do it.
Side note for CSS, I'm cool to use what ever tech available out there that makes my task done quickly & well, I have personally used Bootstrap 3 & 4, Bulma, Lostgrid, Materliaze, Skeleton, Tailwindcss, Styled-components, emotion, CSS modules, Tachyons & made my own micro CSS framework called Unnamed that has over 200 stars on GitHub. Still I prefer using Tailwindcss.
