It's an interesting trade-off where like engineer like the engineer in me hates that because it's like there's an issue. Like fix it. But the business value makes no difference. Like there there has been practically zero outages. I have less outages than LeetCode and I'm like like a couple people doing it.
But being good or even excellent at that does not automatically make you good at understanding user needs and making informed judgement calls about what features will meet those needs and how they should be designed.
Summarizing all of that into my advice right now: Get Whoop for 9.5/10, reliable, convenient sleep tracking with an excellent app (once you get to know it a bit). Get Oura for 10/10 tracking, if you're ok with the ring form factor.

I didn't find 8Sleep to be very reliable in its sleep tracking. The scores don't make as much sense to me when I wake up, and as we saw above they don't correlate very strongly with Whoop or Oura.
