Got an SMS alert about a failed Credit Card charge from @Wix. I don't recognize or remember any subscription, nor do I have any account with them, so I try contacting their support. Their AI bot wants first 6-9 digits of card number, full name on the card, and last 4 digits to even create a ticket. And then their support agent responds asking for the expiry date. Might as well ask for the CVV also. Related
