Sound like many employees at Anthropic share Jacob's POV, as many posted yesterday that (1) they agree, and (2) said that many more inside the company do also. It would be useful to name this "belief system" so that we can talk about it in a reasonable way. I suspect "doomer" seems derogatory, and "accelerationist" has others uses. If there a word we can use so that we can have proper discourse? I'm very serious. I think it would be helpful.
