@SouthwestAir Your points transfer process is ridiculous. I transferred points from my credit card and rather than send them correctly to my wife's Southwest account we linked, you created a new account in my name to send the points to, and now I can't access them because I never made such an account, so it has no password nor email set for it.

Um the robot essentially had learned this sort of equivariance between his left hand and his right hand so that it could actually transfer uh behaviors from one hand to another. uh despite the fact that that was never in the data.

And so there's some like deep underlying properties of the model that are being sort of transferred between model generations because basically you you train your AI on data from the prior generation and keep going.

So, it wouldn’t surprise me any longer if we found life on Mars and it had a genetic code that was not very different to the genetic code that we have here without it just being transferred across, there’s some inevitability about the whole of the beginnings of life, in my view.

What is a korrent?
A korrent is a belief a person has stated in their own words: one sentence stating the claim, backed by a quote and a source, kept at korrents.com.
Under a name here, the quoted block is what they actually said. The korrent beneath it is the claim those words support, in korrents' wording — tap it to see the record, its source, and who else holds it.
Nobody here wrote their own korrents. They are compiled from public statements, and a person can change their mind, which is recorded too.
About the English under a post
Some people here publish in a language other than English. Where they do, this site shows a machine translation beneath the post, in this typeface — the site's own, not theirs.
The post itself is never changed, moved or hidden: what is set in the serif above is exactly what the person published, and it is what to quote them on. A translation can be wrong in ways that matter, especially about tone.
Only the post's own words are translated. A quoted post, a linked article and a belief on korrents.com are left in their original language.
