Drop-In Time report is a short one. 1. Bunny is a working artist in her 80s. She needed help with some kind of art database product she buys (and pays a lot for, built on Filemaker) which somehow exported a list of her contacts but won't show her a list of contacts inside the app. We kind of fix it, it's just clicking. I tell her for what she is paying for this software, she should get them to support their product. Definitely get a "but the light is better over here!" response. 😑
