Faster building has not made the PM role go away; it now demands more operational excellence than before.
And I think all that's happened now is that because we can move faster, that role is like you have to be operationally excellent in that role in a way that like even beyond what you had to be before. But it definitely has not gone away.

For a team being recruited, the hat of making sure everything gets connected and goes well is increasingly important.
if you're recruiting for a team and you need people to wear these hats, this hat is increasingly important.

Everything a human can do in a product an agent should be able to do as well, and very few products get this right.
everything a human could do an agent should be able to do as well and very few products actually get this right.

The next stage is probably interfaces that the agent itself can reshape.
I think the next stage that I've been thinking about a lot is when the interfaces actually become something that is malleable by the agent too.

Making a product work for agents is probably largely a matter of building the right primitives into it, almost as an infrastructural layer.
I think a lot of it is really building the right primitives into the product that almost like an infrastructural layer

A project that only shows the models are not ready yet is a win if it leaves behind an eval to retry with later models.
we see it as a win in labs if what you did was all if all your project did is show that the models aren't ready for it yet but you're able to now like externalize that as an eval

You need to build early with AI to have any intuition for when the models become capable.
I think you need you need to build early so that you can even have that intuition.

Half of the product job is saying no to another tab or sidebar item, and folding a proven experiment in without killing it too early.
half of the job is saying no to another thing in the sidebar or another tab or another thing and figuring out Can this be rolled in once we've proven it out but not killing it so early.

What is a korrent?
A korrent is a belief a person has stated in their own words: one sentence stating the claim, backed by a quote and a source, kept at korrents.com.
Under a name here, the quoted block is what they actually said. The korrent beneath it is the claim those words support, in korrents' wording — tap it to see the record, its source, and who else holds it.
Nobody here wrote their own korrents. They are compiled from public statements, and a person can change their mind, which is recorded too.
About the English under a post
Some people here publish in a language other than English. Where they do, this site shows a machine translation beneath the post, in this typeface — the site's own, not theirs.
The post itself is never changed, moved or hidden: what is set in the serif above is exactly what the person published, and it is what to quote them on. A translation can be wrong in ways that matter, especially about tone.
Only the post's own words are translated. A quoted post, a linked article and a belief on korrents.com are left in their original language.
