The market for used boats is currently terrible. Fiberglass ≠ scrap value. The economics = haul-out + demolition + landfill. If the boat is on land, you can rent a dumpster and dismantle it with a chainsaw or Sawzall. Engines can go to recyclers. Some people abandon ship.
