I started in TinkerCAD, which can get you VERY far, VERY quickly. Now I make most models in Onshape, since I've built up the skills to be pretty fast with it, too. I sometimes print stuff I find on Makerworld, but usually the problems I'm trying to solve are too specialized.
I can't say enough how excellent a coding agent is at customizing Chrome with extensions. A huge productivity win. Every plugin interface you've ever blown off is now trivially usable.
